Mimetics (CEO Hyung-ki Park) announced on the 4th that it has recently received the ‘Verbal Abuse-Free Workplace’ certification, organized by the YoonKyung ESG Forum. The certification is valid for one year, and a total of 43 companies and organizations obtained it this year.
The certification is awarded to companies that exemplarily practice a workplace culture free of verbal abuse, based on the CEO’s leading example and commitment to ethical management.
Since 2023, Mimetics has implemented internal regulations to prevent verbal abuse and mandated quarterly training sessions for all employees. A company spokesperson stated, “A positive and respectful culture enhances employee satisfaction and strengthens their sense of belonging to the company.”
The company has clearly defined the types of verbal abuse, the standards for punishment, and has established an anonymous reporting system. Psychological counseling and legal support are also provided. Regular weekly meetings are held with employees to monitor the effectiveness of policies and implement improvements.
