Bio company MIMETICS Co., Ltd. has been selected as the grand prize winner of the ‘1st Suwon.PANN (Promising SMEs Discovery) IR Day.’ Suwon City announced the results on the 7th during the event held at the city hall’s main conference room.

Representatives from investment firms, including the Suwon Enterprise Saebit Fund management company, evaluated companies based on business capability, feasibility, technological potential, marketability, and impact to select outstanding firms.

Alongside MIMETICS, Seonjinc RCS Co., Ltd. received the top excellence award, and WGS Co., Ltd. was awarded the excellence award.

The Suwon.PANN IR Day is a program designed to discover promising small, venture, and startup companies in Suwon, enhancing their IR capabilities and providing opportunities for investment attraction.

For the first cohort, 60 companies applied, and after document review, seven companies were selected. Selected companies received one-on-one mentoring from professional accelerators, including business model diagnosis, IR deck (business plan) development and refinement, and pitching consulting.

MIMETICS specializes in manufacturing skincare beauty patches, Seonjinc RCS develops construction climbing systems, and WGS provides process diagnosis solutions for semiconductor, secondary battery, and display manufacturing. Investment firms will conduct additional private IR sessions and investment reviews for outstanding companies.

Suwon City will continue to monitor the investment outcomes of participating companies and operate follow-up programs, such as matching additional investors when necessary, to support corporate growth.
